KOPS Committee Chair (Keep our Peeps):

Reports to the VP of Membership;   Knowing that membership renewals after the first year in ABWA leagues are historically at 50%, this committee’s goal is to implement a successful renewal campaign through the first year of a new member’s tenure.  It will be a strategic approach or plan to reach out to new members, months prior to their expiration date with the intent to prove value, get feedback, and retain them as members.  WEWEN Goal:  80% retention!  This is done with the committee through a series of monthly contacts to members from month 1 to month 12 of their first year in WEWEN.
